Top Tips for Practicing Self Love


February is the month of love, and there's no better place to start than with YOU!


We've compiled a few of our favorite tips for practicing self love during the month of February, and all year long.


Positive Affirmations: If you want to add a routine that's good for your mental health, try daily positive affirmations which have been shown to increase self esteem and overall mental well being.


Create a Mood Boosting Playlist: Load it up with your favorites tunes that are sure to give you a lift.


Don't Compare Yourself to Others: You are unique in your own beautiful way, remember that.


Know when to Say "No": We often take on too much in our lives and become overwhelmed. A simple "no" can be a decision that brings positive change to your daily life.


Plan time for something you love: Whether it's taking a walk, playing with a dog, getting pampered, or listening to your favorite music, these things often get pushed to the back burner for other seemingly more important tasks. Prioritize yourself by prioritizing these tasks.
